Bill McLane, CCIM, GAA, GCA, CAM offers trusted and professional real estate appraisals and brokerage services. He has worked full-time in real estate since 1972 and has accumulated vast experience and knowledge in the real estate business through active appraising, property management, client representation of properties for sale, lease and/or exchange, and continuous education programs. He is licensed by the State of Indiana as a Certified General Appraiser (CGA) and as a Real Estate Broker. He earned his professional designations of a General Accredited Appraiser (GGA) through the National Association of Realtors, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through the Realtors National Marketing Institute of the National Association of Realtors, and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association. He is an affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute.

 

Bill McLane has extensive experience in appraising income properties, commercial and industrial buildings, residential properties and land for all uses. He is experienced in writing narrative appraisal reports for commercial, industrial and residential properties of all sizes. His client assignments have ranged from individuals and/or corporations wanting to know what their property market value is prior to being placed on the market to sell, refinance, sell versus rent analysis, appealing real estate taxes, removing “private mortgage insurance” (PMI), establishing rental or leasing rates, providing expert testimony in county and federal court cases, assisting in securing financing, establishing estate values, settlement of martial dissolution, settlement for bankruptcy, establishing partial value interest, establishing market value in condemnation (right-of way) proceedings, market study, feasibility study, review appraising and/or for consulting purposes.

 

Bill McLane is an active real estate broker. His real estate representation for his clients has resulted in an accumulated total of multiple millions of successful real estate transactions. He has interacted in thousands of real estate deals that included tax sale properties, residential - single family and multifamily, commercial and industrial buildings for sale and/or lease and exchanges.
