Bill McLane, GCA, GAA, CAM offers trusted and professional real estate sale and appraisal services. He has worked full-time in real estate since 1972 and has accumulated vast experience and knowledge in the real estate business through active property management, client representation of properties for sale, lease and/or exchange, appraising, and continuous education programs. He is licensed by the State of Indiana as a Real Estate Managing Broker, Certified General Appraiser (CGA). He earned his professional designations of a General Accredited Appraiser #400 (GGA), Certified Commercial Investment Member #1392 (CCIM) through the Realtors National Marketing Institute of the National Association of Realtors, and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association.
